I’m Meg- the dietitian, blogger, photographer, writer, creator and heart behind Root for Food. 

I am passionate about sustainable, holistic & environmentally conscious living.

My platforms ranges from blog, to Instagram, to podcast where I engage with my audience in some of my favorite things! These include intuitive eating, traditional foods, minimal waste living, DIY, herbalism, and more. In my off time, I’m usually getting into a new craft, creating something in the kitchen, taking photos, or rollerblading.
